Waiver Request for Waiver of Improvements Agreement
Criteria:
1. The Applicant shows good cause for the requested waiver;
The applicant requests a waiver from providing an Improvements Agreement because no public
infrastructure improvements either on or off site are required for this project.
2. The project size, complexity, anticipated impacts, or other factors support a waiver;
The applicant believes that the size, complexity, anticipated impacts, or other factors support a waiver.
3. The waiver does not compromise a proper and complete review; and
