Waiver Request for Waiver of Wastewater Treatment Plan
Criteria:
1. The Applicant shows good cause for the requested waiver;
The applicant requests a waiver from providing a wastewater treatment plan because of the nature of
the business and low traffic counts. The proposed use of manufacturing and selling gravel products
does not require customers to be on site for long periods of time. Use will be intermittent as customers
visit the operation only to pick up or drop off materials. The average customer visit will also be under 10
minutes with a requirement that they stay in their trucks as a safety standard.
The applicant suggests the placement of a portable toilet (port‐a‐john) at the site, which will be serviced
by our local waste vendor.
2. The project size, complexity, anticipated impacts, or other factors support a waiver;
The applicant believes that the size and intermittent use support a waiver.
3. The waiver does not compromise a proper and complete review; and
The requested Waiver does not compromise a proper and complete review.
