Waiver Request for Waiver of Water Supply Plan
Criteria:
1. The Applicant shows good cause for the requested waiver;
The applicant requests a waiver from providing a water supply plan because of the nature of the
business and low traffic counts. The proposed use of manufacturing and selling gravel products does
not require customers to be on site for long periods of time. Use will be intermittent as customers visit
the operation only to pick up or drop off materials. The average customer visit will also be under 10
minutes with a requirement that they stay in their trucks as a safety standard.
A water cooler with weekly service will be provided for on‐site employees and customers.
2. The project size, complexity, anticipated impacts, or other factors support a waiver;
The applicant believes that the size and intermittent use support a waiver.
3. The waiver does not compromise a proper and complete review; and
The requested Waiver does not compromise a proper and complete review.
4. The information is not material to describing the proposal or demonstrating compliance with approval
criteria
