BOARD. ELECTRICAL ROUGH-IN APPROVAL IS REOUIRED AT FRAME INSPECTION.
ELECTRICAL FINAL APPROVAL IS REOUIRED FOR FINAL INSPECTION &
CERTI FICATE OF OCCU PANCY.
4) WILDFIRE MITIGATION RECOMMENDATIONS: SHOULD COMPLY WITH WILDFIRE
MITIGATION AND DEFENSIBLE SPACE REOUIREMENTS PER COLORADO STATE
FOREST SERVICE AND LOCAL FIRE DISTRICT. SEE GARFIELD COUNTY COMMUNITY
DEVELOPMENT DEPARTMENT WEBSITE FOR FURTHER INFORMATION.
5) OPEN HOLE SOTLS REPORT rS REOUTRED AT FOOTING INSPECTION 1500 PSF
ó) ALL HIGH STRENGTH BOLTING AND FIELD WELDING REOUIRES SPECIAL
INSPECTOR. PROVIDE APPROVAL REPORT AT FRAMING INSPECTION.
7) THE BUILDING STRUCTURE HAS BEEN REVIEWED AS A PRIVATE USE
AGRICULTURAL BARN STORAGE STRUCTURE ONLY ACCESSORY TO THE MAIN
RESIDENCE. ANY FUTURE CHANGE IN BUILDING OCCUPANCY OR USE, WILL FIRST
BE SUBJECT TO A NEW BUILDING PERMIT APPLICATION AND REVIEW FOR
COMPLIANCE WITH ZONING REGULATIONS, LAND USE & BUILDING CODES IN
EFFECT AT TIME OF FUTURE WORK.
8) 3RD AMENDED PLAT ATTACHED FOR GENERAL REFERENCE PURPOSES. OWNER
BUILDER AND GENERAL CONTRACTOR SHALL BE RESPONSIBLE TO OBSERVE AND
COMPLY WITH ALL RECORDED EASEMENTS.
