Architectural Sheet A 300 shows an existing basement in the building section details, however, no separate basement floor plan is included. 1.a. Willthe existing basement remain "existing" and "untouched" with no new proposed remodel work, structural changes or other finishes / alterations? Basement is currently remaining existing and not much emphasis at this time. 1.b. lf the basement is to be altered or remodeled, please provide written narrative on the intended work scope? None at this time. Z. The building application form indicates the cabin is served by an on-site wastewater treatment system. 2.a. How old is the existing septic system/leach field? Septic was inspected before the purchase in March, seller did not confirm septic year but passed inspection. 2.b. When was the septic tank last pumped or serviced? Tank empty - No pumping/service needed at time of inspection or purchase in March. 2.c. How many existing bedrooms are in the cabin now? Currently 2 bedrooms. 2.d, How many proposed bedrooms willthe cabin have upon completion of this remodel scope? Renovation will have only 2 bedrooms, same bedroom count as current.
