To Whom It May Concern:
This letter is being provided at the request of Form 4:4 Construction Management, Inc. to document our remote
inspections of the formwork and rebar for the foundations of the Garage/Office Building and Ranch Manager's
House at the subject property.
Footings for both structures and the grade beam were inspected remotely on October 25 andNovember 2,2022
prior to concrete placement. Stemwalls for the Garage/Office Building were inspected remotely on November 4,
2022 prior to concrete placement.
Proper foundation size, depth, and rebar placement (size, spacinE,lap, and cover) were verified and have been
installed according to the approved plans.
