Access to the proposed Erpestad Minor Subdivision
Lot 1 of the minor subdivision will be served by the Giomi Lane, which was created and
dedicated by the Giomi Exemption. This is an existing access point and has operated since the
inception of the Giomi Minor Subdivision. There will be no changes to the access point for Lot 1
and it will be used as it has since its inception.
Lot 2 will be served by an individual access point onto County Road 346 that exists as a gas
well road. It is used and maintained by Antero Resources. Please see Nonexclusive Rights on
page 1 in contract between Antero and Gary & Joan Erpestad. (item 5 on Surface use
agreement -Nonexclusive Rights also found in “Traffic Study” tab on USB turned in) .
