Dear Nutrient Farms,
The County Building Department has performed the review on the building permit application
and plans for the new manufactured buildings proposed at the above address.
lf an item is missed during review, it is the applicant's obligation to comply with all adopted
codes in Garfield County. Below is a list of conditions to be addressed during construction.
There is no response needed, compliance will be required during field inspections.
Documentation is to be provided during construction, if needed. Please contact me if
clarification is required.
These manufactured buildings are being applied for as temporary structures, for 3 to 5 years.
The expectation is that they will be removed.

Underground utility locates is the responsibility of the owner or contractor. 811 is the
Colorado Utility Locate Hot Line.
Electrical Code compliance will be determined based on field inspections performed by the
State Electrical lnspector, (303) 869-3458. Please have the inspector sign the building card
or provide written documentation of the inspections.
The State Division of Housing requires that manufactured buildings are to be inspected by a
3'd party state certified inspector for the set and tie down. The inspector is to install an
lnstallation Insignia on the building. lf a Certified lnstaller sets the building, that Certified
lnstaller is to installthe lnsignia. This lnsignia will need to be in place to issue the final
inspection from the County.
lf there is a desire to use these buildings permanently, the buildings are to be addressed in
the pending PUD and a permanent engineered foundation is to be submitted for review.
Call for the County's Final lnspection after the State has approved the electrical, the insignia
is posted by the State Certified lnspector/lnstaller, and the septic is approved by
Environmental Health. (970) 945-1377 X 1621
