Below is a list of conditions to be addressed during construction. There is no response needed, compliance will be required during field inspections. Documentation is to be provided during construction, if needed. Please contact me if clarification is required. These manufactured buildings are being applied for as temporary structures, for 3 to 5 years. Sanitary facilities are required to be provided for workers. Electrical Code compliance will be determined based on field inspections performed by the State Electrical lnspector, (303) 869-3458. Please have the inspector sign the building card or provide written documentation of the inspections. The State Division of Housing requires that manufactured buildings are to be inspected by a 3'd party state certified inspector for the set and tie down. The inspector is to install an lnstallation Insignia on the building. lf a Certified lnstaller sets the building, that Certified lnstaller is to installthe lnsignia. This lnsignia will need to be in place to issue the final inspection from the County. lf there is a desire to use these buildings permanently, the buildings are to be addressed in the pending PUD and a permanent engineered foundation is to be submitted for review. Call for the County's Final lnspection after the State has approved the electrical, the insignia is posted by the State Certified lnspector/lnstaller, and the septic is approved by Environmental Health.
