At the time of our sÍte visit, the contractor h-ad instail.ed a 1,O00-gratbn two compartment NORWE$CO po+y septh tank, the ftelv seT¡¡er line, a distribution box, and three chamber tre+cþes. Thetank, distribution box, and chambers were installed, level, with access to the tank and distribution box brought to grade. The contractor had also installed an effluent filter in the outlet tee of the septic tank" The three chamber trenches consisted of 14 ARC 36 chambers per row, far 42 total chambers and a total STA of 630 ft2. ln our opinion, this system was installed in general conformance with Garfield County OWTS Regulations. No further action or review from Garfiold County Ënvironme,ntal Health is required regarding this permit.
