Dear John,
Below is Caerus' response (in italic font) to Mr. Hale's comments regarding the M33 496
pipeline grading permit.
1. The Applicant should provide the CDPHE Stormmwater Discharge permit once obtained.
The CDPHE Stormwater Permit is attached.
2.The Applicant should address if there will be any stream andlor ditch crossings and if there
are, would there be any impacts to wetlands. Additional permitting from the USACoE may
be applicable.
There are no streams and/or ditches that will be crossed by the pipeline project. No
USACoE permítting is required.
3. The Applicant should provide an estimate for revegetation efforts to be used for security.
Based on previous small pipeline projects, Caerus estimated the reclamation of the
pipeline disturbance to be around 82,300/acre. Attached is the Revegetation Bond in the amount
of 816,125 as requested by Garfield County Vegetation Manager.
4. The Applicant should provide verification of easements for impacts to private property.
A copy of the Master Surface Use agreement with the affected landowner is attøched.
Please let me know if you have any additional questions or need more information. I look
forward to receiving the approved grading permit.
Thank you.
