Dear Ted and Shania,
The purpose of this letter is to follow up a site inspection performed last Friday (10/13/23) on the Beattie
Residence OWTS at 3631 CR 321, Rifle, Colorado. Based upon our observations, it appears that the OWTS has
been installed in general conformance with our report and drawings of June 2023. Per my correspondence back
to Shania on July 24, 2023, the attached as-built plan reflects the only change to the OWTS where the septic tank
was upsized to be a 1000-gallon tank.
