[NOTE: This deed corrects the Bargain and Sale Deed for the Property recorded on July 8, 1993, at Reception No. 449641 in the Garfield County Clerk and Recorder's Office ("Original Deed"). Specifically, this deed corrects and removes the scriveners' error of including "and restricting the use of such property solely to public use" in the property description. The Grantor did not intend to include such a restriction in the Original Deed and hereby removes, omits, abandons, and releases the Property from that restriction.
