2. What is the total square footage of the garage storage loft above new garage addition (no worries to include
stairwellsq ft).
l'm trying to calculate your final building permit fee cost to allow for release and permit issuance. As scale is no longer
"ttt)e" I don't want to miscalculate and overcharge you on fees.

I am starting review for the Vandeursen Family project at 1132 Westbank Road, Westbank Subdivision Lot 9
and need to verify some details before I finish the blueprint redline stamps and release thisR permit for
issuance:
7. Red Room Design SheetA205, Main Level Plan Option 2, listed as schematic design 7/5/2022,
includes a 3/L6 = L foot scale on submitted REDUCED SIZE paper making the "scale" unreliable to
measure floor area spaces from.
1.a. Please confirm the "gym" access off the garage addition measures some 375 sq ft (as
suggested by other available dimensions)? Or other

Hi my name is Scott van Deursen I am the homeowner I will answer all the items on your list and all the further ones' I
am not using the architect from here forward if that's ok? Structual drawings are on point for dimensions.
1a. Yes 375sqft 25x15
1b. 1057 sqft for garage
1c. Yes this area will eventually become enclosed and heated

1e. This area is intended for use in the garage occupancy not for habitable space-
1f. I am planning to drywal both sides with insulation similar to Ul des U305 for the lower interior portion under the
lower roof between the garage and house .
