Structual drawings are on point for dimensions. 1a. Yes 375sqft 25x15 1b. 1057 sqft for garage 1c. Yes this area will eventually become enclosed and heated ld .160 sqft 1e. This area is intended for use in the garage occupancy not for habitable space- 1f. I am planning to drywal both sides with insulation similar to Ul des U305 for the lower interior portion under the lower roof between the garage and house . 19. Yes Lh. No separate 1j.
