Courtesy Message for Smith Residence Project Team: l've started plan review for home on Lot H-8 in Aspen Glen, and have concern wíth the overall building height. From initial read, it appears one moy measure the overall building height nearer to 27-28 ft midpoínt. Before releasing the permit, we would líke to be assured the proposed structure complies with Aspen Glen PUD Guide and zoning regulations. I need to ask the Architect of Record to provide us with copy of their BUILDING HEIGHT CALCULATIONS. It would help to see the methodology and measurements. Please carefully read Garfield County's Building Height Calculatíon guide (attached) and the below excerpt taken from the Aspen Glen Planned Unit Development Guide.
