I, Jeffrey Allen Tuttle being a Professional Land Surveyor in the State of Colorado hereby certifies that the Height of
the Mid -Point of the Roof as specified in the Garfield County Land Use Code is 117.54' and is 21.15' above the pre -
construction grade of 96.39' and is based upon a site benchmark 100.00' on top of a 1 1/4" red plastic cap
L.S. # 26626 found at the northeasterly corner of said Lot 18 shown on a Topographical survey created by Lines in
Space. The mean pre -construction grade was taken from the approved Architectural Permit Set.
