Hello Dave,
I have no issue extending your building permit. When I looked up your permit, I noticed it is a
container home. I was surprised my predecessor approved it without the required 36” hinge type
egress door. Sliding doors are not legal egress from a home. I’m hoping that a proper egress door
can be installed prior to your final inspection.
The OWTS Permit is an Environmental Health Permit. I don’t know that status. Ted is cc’d at E.H.
Teresa and Brooke, would you please add an extension to his permit.

Hello John, My name is David D Mace building permit # BLRE-07-20-6423 at 24 Cedar St. in Satank. I
was talking to the office about getting an extension on my building permit. I ran behind this year
and didn't get to an inspection point in time for a renewal. I was supposed to have the roof framing
done a few months ago but ran into some family issues. I am ready for a roof framing inspection and
will be ready for an OWTS inspection soon aswell. Hoping to be working inside during the winter in
order to wrap up buildimg by the beginning of next summer. Very sorry to have to ask this but any
help would be appreciated. Please let me know what can be done and thank you very much.
