To whom it may concern,
On November 30, 2022, we visited the site where a commercial building was
under construction at 0062 County Road 113 near Carbondale in Garfield County,
Colorado to observe the OWTS installation pursuant to OWTS Permit # SEPT-5875. At
the time of our site visit, the contractor had connected the new sewer line and effluent
line to an existing 1,000-gallon two-compartment septic tank with an effluent filter in the
outlet tee and connected to an existing Soil Treatment Area (STA). The septic tank was
provided with access brought to grade. In our opinion, this system was installed in
general conformance with Garfield County OWTS Regulations. No further action or
review from Garfield County Environmental Health is required regarding this permit.
