THE CONTRACTOR SHALL FAMILIARIZE THEMSELVES WITH THE INFORMATION CONTAINED IN THIS REPORT PRIOR TO CONSTRUCTION. 6. THE COST SHALL BE INCIDENTAL TO WORK. B. IT SHALL BE THE CONTRACTOR'S RESPONSIBILITY TO ENSURE THAT ALL WORK IS PERFORMED IN ACCORDANCE WITH APPLICABLE STANDARDS AND REGULATIONS AS SET FORTH BY THE OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY AND HEALTH ADMINISTRATION (O.S.H.A.). 9.
