To Whom it may concern:
On behalf of Morton Buildings,Inc., CES Consultants, LLC (CES) is notiffing your
agency of the following changes to the construction of the above-referenced project. The
foundation plans for this site were signed and stamped on May 79,2023.24" deep x24"
wide Mono Slab EZ Form has been installed in lieu of the perimeter insulation shown on
Sheets SFI and SF2 of the stamped plans. This modification to the foundation plan will
not affect the overall structural integrity of the structure. All other items shown on the
foundation plans including, but not limited to, wing insulation, rebar and reinforcing
mesh will be or has been installed per the plans stated above.
This letter was prepared for the exclusive use of our client and is not intended for any
other purpose. Our conclusions are based on the information made available to us at this
time. Should additional information become available, \üe reserve the right to determine
the impact, if any, of the new information on our opinions and conclusions; and to revise
our opinions and conclusions if necessary and warranted by the discovery of additional
information.
