To whom it may concern:
DB Structural Design (DBSD) has been retained to prclvide a peer review of the current structure for
the above-referenced project. The project involves framing that differs from the Engineer of Records
construction documents. The construction documents were prepared by CTL I Thompson, dated
6/22/2021.
DBSD performed a site visit on November 1't, 2023 lo inspect the current residence and identify the
areas where framing differed from the construction documents. These conditions were evatuated, and
revisions were provided as necessary. This information has been summarized in the accompanying
drawings.
DBSD was not EOR for the project and only the conditions identified were evaluated in the associated
drawings.
