4) WILDFIRE MITIGATION RECOMMENDATIONS: COMPLY WITH WILDFIRE MITIGATION AND
DEFENSIBLE SPACE REOUIREMENTS PER COLORADO STATE FOREST SERVICE AND LOCAL
FIRE DISTRICT. SEE COMMUNIry DEVELOPMENT WEBSITE FOR FURTHER INFORMATION.
5) pRE FABRTCATED ROOF TRUSSES. HAVE ENGTNEERING FOR TNSPECTOR AT TIME OF FRAME
INSPECTION.

CONCRETE POUR. PROVIDE COPY OF GEOTECHNICAL ENGINEERS REPORT TO THE

7) SPECIAL NOTE TO LOT OWNER, GENERAL CONTRACTOR, SUB CONTRACTORS AND/OR POOL
INSTALLERS: MINIMAL SITE PLAN DETAILS FOUND IN THE REMITTED POOL DRAWINGS. BE
ADVISED, MUST NOT REMOVE VEGETATION FROM 35 FT RIPARIAN ZONE MEASURED FROM
HIGH WATER MARK.
