Section 9: NE1/4NE1/4 Garfield County, Colorado Dear Mr. Hartmann: Per the conditions of approval listed in the Resolution 2010-08 associated `with the PA 41-9 pad location: 9. The Applicant shall be required to submit a report annually, until such time as the wellpad is released from the COGCC reclamation bond, of the extraction and processing operation, for staff review. Upon review of any deficiencies pursuant to conditions of approval or other local, state, or federalpermits, Staff may forward the report to the County Commissioners forfull review of the Special Use Permit. On the PA 41-9location, normal operations occurred this year which include the following: • 04/19/2023 PA 41-9 Pad Pre-emergent/bare ground Treatment 06/08/2023 PA 41-9 Pad Noxious Weed Treatment (Scotch Thistle and Russian Knapweed) There was no reclamation or workoveractivity on this pad for 2023. TEP personnel and contractors continually monitor and maintain production equipment, water removal, and production as needed. TEP has reviewed the conditions set forth in the Major Impact Review and remains compliant under the conditions of the resolution listed above.
