Courtesy Message for Chelsey and Kyle,
Just wanted to reach out and let you know I completed the full review of the building permit resubmission on Friday
and have now forwarded your file and blueprints to the Garfield County Community Development front desk.
Fyl Teresa Bianco, permit Technician, thoughtfully alerted me on Friday it does appear the companion permit for the
onsite wastewater treatment system remains in UNDER REVIEW STATUS.

I double checked this morning and SEPT - permit status has not yet been signed off by Garfield County Environmental
Health Division (Public Health Dept).
Please call (or have your Septic Engineer) contact GarCo Public Health l\97O1945-66t4.
your building permit cannot be released untilthe companion septic permit has been signed off.
For project feedback, I do want to point out a few things I noticed during the review.
Some of the snowload references in your draft TRUSS PACKAGE appear a little on the light side.
Before manufactured trusses are built and delivered to your job site - please do have the truss supplier and/or
structural englneer of record
take another look to verify trusses meet the minimum ROOF SNOWLOAD Pf = 40 PSF
Your job site is located below 7,OOO ft and 40 PSF is required at that elevation.
