The onsite wastewater treatment system of reference was inspected on November 30, 2023. The
system was found to conform with the plans and specifications set forth in the engineered
sewage disposal system design for the aforementioned property prepared on October 26, 2023.
Swimming pools, ponds, or other water features were not included in the submitted or approved
design. Setback of OWTS components from property lines and easements are based on
information provided by owner or owner's representative. Soil cap and final grading associated
with any OWTS components are not included in this certification. Copies of the engineered plan
are on file at the Mesa County Building Department or may be obtained from the undersigned
design engineer.
