On November 30, 2023, we visited the site of the residence at 6186 County Road 320 near Rifle
in Garfield County, Colorado to observe the OWTS installation pursuant to OWTS Permit #
SEPT-8412. At the time of our site visit, the owner had installed the new effluent line and the
three sequential gravelless chamber trenches. The trenches consisted of 18 Infiltrator Quick4
chambers per trench (54 total chambers, 648 ft2 total STA). Additionally, inspection ports were
present at each end of each trench. We received an as-built drawing of the constructed system
and a letter certifying that the system was constructed in compliance with the permitted design
from the OWTS designer dated November 30, 2023. In our opinion, this system was installed in
general conformance with Garfield County OWTS Regulations. No further action or review from
Garfield County Environmental Health is required regarding this permit.
