B.Villageand Hillside Cabins with a floorareabetween 1,500 and 2,500 square-feet. C.Golf and HillsideCottageswith a floorarea between 2,500 and 4,000 square-feet. D.Duplex Cabins with a total floorareabetween 3,000 and 5,000 square-feet (1,500to 2,500 square-feetper unit). Units may be designatedon the finalplator atthe time of buildingpermit. VIII.RICH -Residential/Community Housing District 1.
