Dear Mr. Fredericks,
The plans have been reviewed to the currently adopted codes in Garfield County. lf an item is
missed during review, it is the applicant's obligation to comply with all adopted codes in Garfield
County. Below is a list of conditions to be addressed during construction. There is no response
needed.
Structuralfill material has been stockpiled in Zone District 2 from previously approved Zone
District 1. Approval of this Grading Permit is to legitimize the creation stockpiles for the use
within Zone District 2.
Gonditions of Approval for Gradins:
Zone District 1 security for reclamation will not be released until Zone District 2 Final Plat is
approved or supply an alternate reclamation security acceptable to the County Vegetation
Manager.
Allwork is to be in compliance with McClure River Ranch PUD.
Drainage across property lines shall not exceed that which existed prior to grading. Excess
or concentrated drainage shall be contained on site or directed to an approved drainage
