OWTS Permit #: SEPT-8189
February 23, 2024
On August 18, 22, and 28, 2023, we visited the site of the Tucker Residence at 448 County
Road 110 near Glenwood Springs in Garfield County, Colorado to observe the OWTS
installation pursuant to OWTS Permit # SEPT-8189. At the conclusion of our site visits, the
owner had installed the new sewer line and cleanout adjacent to the residence, the new poly
1,000-gallon two-compartment septic tank with an effluent filter in the outlet tee of the tank, the
new effluent line, the new distribution box, and the two gravelless chamber beds. The septic
tank was installed level with access brought to grade. The beds consisted of four rows of 7
Infiltrator Quick4 chambers per bed (56 total chambers, 672 ft2 total STA). Additionally,
inspection ports were present at each corner of each bed. We received an as-built drawing of
the constructed system and a letter certifying that the system was constructed in compliance
with the permitted design from the OWTS designer dated February 19, 2024. In our opinion, this
system was installed in general conformance with Garfield County OWTS Regulations. No
further action or review from Garfield County Environmental Health is required regarding this
permit.
