To Whom It May Concern,
Per the request of the homeowner of 3125 County Road 241, 1 have
completed an above ground visual inspection of the existing soil treatment area. I
have estimated the existing STA to be 65ft by 25ft (1,625 sqft). Based on
Regulation 43, a 10-bedroom household would have a design flow of 975 gpd (13
people x 75gpd). With a Type 1-3 soil and a TI-1, the required square footage for
this design flow would be 1218.75 sqft — 2785.74 sqft without a pressure dosed
system. With a pressure dosed system, it would only need to be 975 sqft - 1772.72
sqft.
