Basement floor plan 41 spaces labeled "SlM ROOM" and "GYMNASTICS" appear NOT to have any existing / proposed operative window openings to the building's exterior. Correct? 1. No, they do not have existing or proposed window openings. 2. What is the owner's planned use or intended occupancy of space labeled "SlM ROOM"? 1.. The sim room, will be a computer room with several desktop PC's and a home based aviation simulator. (Call it a game room, lguess) 3. Will the proposed basement finish maintain minimum 7 ft ceiling height in habitable living spaces and minimum 6 ft 8 inches of headroom clearance at proposed new bathroom plumbing fixtures? 1. Yes, the ceiling is -8'throughout the basement. 4. Request to confirm the current owner's will not use any of finished basement living space for future bedrooms? 1'. There will not be any bedrooms in the basement. We understand doing so will require septic modifications, windows....
