David,
I'm sorry I don't quite understand your request. You indicated you have an active wetl permit, #
208081, that attows up to 3 residences on the wett. I checked the permit, and that is correct. So if
your new dwetting is on the same property and creates a total of 2 of the 3 altowed residences
attached to the wetl, then you shoutdn't need a new wetl permit for it. Please advise if I am not
understanding correctty.

was approved for up to three residences. I have and existing home and am applying for a building permit for an
additional dwelling unit. He said that would use two of the three permitted uses.
