ELECTRICAL FINAL APPROVAL IS REQUIRED FOR FINAL INSPECTION &
CERTI FICATE OF OCCU PANCY.
4) WILDFIRE MITIGATION RECOMMENDATIONS: SHOULD COMPLY WITH WILDFIRE
MITIGATION AND DEFENSIBLE SPACE REQUIREMENTS PER COLORADO STATE
FOREST SERVICE AND LOCAL FIRE DISTRICT. PLEASE SEE GARFIELD COUNTY
COMMUNIry DEVELOPMENT WEBSITE FOR FURTHER INFORMATION.
5) OPEN HOLE SOTLS REPORT rS REOUTRED AT FOOTING TNSPECTTON 2,000 PSF SOIL
BEARING CAPACITY.
6) PRE-ENGTNEERED ROOF TRUSSES. HAVE ENGTNEERTNG FOR TNSPECTOR AT TIME
OF FRAME INSPECTION.
7) SEPTIC SYSTEM ALTERATION APPROVAL: PRIOR TO FINAL BUILDING INSPECTION
& CERTIFICATE OF OCCUPANCY PROVIDE FINAL APPROVAL / SIGN-OFF FROM
GARFIELD COUNTY'S PUBLIC HEALTH DEPT (REFERENCE FILE SEPT-02-24-8536).
8) ACCESSORY STRUCTURE BATHROOM: ACCESSORY BUILDINGS - OTHER THAN
APPROVED ACCESSORY DWELLING UNITS - ARE NOT ALLOWED TO HAVE A
SHOWER OR BATHTUB PER GARFIELD COUNTY'S BUILDING RESOLUTION.
9) THE BUILDING STRUCTURE HAS BEEN REVIEWED AS A PRIVATE USE DETACHED
GARAGE SHOP ONLY ACCESSORY TO THE MAIN RESIDENCE. ANY FUTURE
CHANGE IN BUILDING USE OR OCCUPANCY, WILL FIRST BE SUBJECT TO A NEW
BUILDING PERMIT APPLICATION AND REVIEW FOR COMPLIANCE WITH ZONING
REGULATIONS, LAND USE & BUILDING CODES IN EFFECT AT TIME OF FUTURE
