The referenced onsite wastewater treatment system (OWTS) was inspected February 21, 2024.
At the time of inspection, the OWTS was installed in conformance with the October 2023 OWTS
design plans. Please contact WestWater Engineering for any additional information regarding
engineered-design OWTS for referenced address.
