Good morning John
We received this permit one year ago but have not yet started the work. No activity and no
inspections have taken place. We delayed the project for a couple of reasons including
changing contractors. We are now about to kick things off with J Martinez & Co., our
architect is still Hinge Architects (Kurt Carruth).
This is a remodel and we plan to begin May/June. Having crossed over one year I believe
we will need an extension (?).
Let us know what we need to do.
