As you are aware, my husband and I have a lot at AspenGlen, lot number D34, we were going to build a duplex on this property starting in 2022. We originally had a partner to finance the project. Unfortunately, our partner passed away unexpectedly once we broke the ground, financing stopped, and we needed to pause the construction to see how we were going to move forward. Since then, our building permits have expired. We respectfully ask you to grant us the continuance on our construction permits for both units. The full address is 65 Upland Lane, Unit 1 and 2, Carbondale, CO 81623. Also, it would be amazing if we could get the new permit cards, our new contractor Shaun Van Dyke would be happy to come by and pick them up any time. Please feel free to call us with any questions.
