To Whom It May Concern:
The purpose of this letter is to discuss our observation of the installation of the new Onsite
Wastewater Treatment System (OWTS) for 1452 County Road #259 Garfleld County, CO east
of Rifie, Colorado. Boundaries Unlimited Inc (BUI) observed the installation of 18 additional
Arc36 chamber units to the ends of the existing OWTS trenches (for a minimum length of 69
LF per trench) as well as the exposure of the existing septic tank and distribution box. The
contractor was advised to complete the installation of the inspection ports at the end of each
trench using materials present onsite.
Based on our inspection, the OWTS appears to have been expanded in general conformance
with the intent of the design and current Garfleld County regulations. Please see the attached
asbuilt (based a recent Google Earth image) and photos of the installation.
