1) Date of Improvement Survey Certificate field work 10/23/2023. Units of measure US Survey Feet.
2) PURPOSE STATEMENT: This Survey was performed to locate and certify the Boundary for Ryan Williams review and to show existing
Roads and Water Well and their relationship to the Easements of said subject Property boundary. No Utilities were located prior to the survey.
3. This Survey was completed with the aid of a Title Commitment by Commonwealth Title Company issued 10/11/2023, Order No. 2023-10-4.
4) The Boundary dimensions, Easements and Rights Of Way shown HEREON are per the record Plat Brundige Boundary Survey deposited with
the Garfield County Surveyor Reception No. 449888 and the Warranty Deed Reception No. 990418 found in the said Title Commitment for the
subject property.
5) VERIFY CURRENT BUILDING SETBACKS AND RESTRICTIONS WITH THE PROPER GOVERNING AUTHORITY, AND THE
County of Garfield State of Colorado.
6) NOTICE ACCORDING TO COLORADO STATE LAW YOU MUST COMMENCE ANY LEGAL ACTION BASED UPON ANY DEFECT IN THIS SURVEY WITHIN
