than zo inches,
Because of the height requirement set forth in
sections R3o4,j and R3o5,t, this room cannot
be considered a habitable space because it is
less than 7r in height and therefore the square
footage does not count at all towards the min,
requirement.
The net clear opening of the window is tB" wide
by 36" tall which is only 4,5 square feet and
therefore does not meet this requirement,
