The net clear opening dimensions required by this section shall be obtained by the normal operation of the emergency escape and the rescue opening from the inside. The net clear height of the opening shall be not less than z4 inches and the net clearwidth shall be not less than zo inches, Because of the height requirement set forth in sections R3o4,j and R3o5,t, this room cannot be considered a habitable space because it is less than 7r in height and therefore the square footage does not count at all towards the min, requirement.
