Hi John,
I am reaching out to request an extension on demo permit #DEMO-09-23-8311 located at 735
County Road 109 Glenwood Springs, CO 81601.
This site is on the side of a hill in a high risk fire area. At the time it was permitted it was unsafe to
demo. By the time our customer gave us the green light to demo cold weather hit leaving the hillside
too wet for a crane to sit on it. As weather improves we are gearing up to go out and complete the
demolition. Extending the permit a few months would be very helpful.

If you need an extension, you will need to email a request to John
Plano jplano@garfield-county.com
In the request give him a description of what stage the job is in, when you believe it will
be completed and a reason for any delays that may have prevented the job from being
completed on time.

Okay, this is not something I have had to do before. Do we
just write up what we plan to do, or do you need a sketch?
Are there requirements for this area we need to meet? If
