CTLIThompson, lnc. (CTLIT) is providing construction observation and materials testing
services for the 491 High Aspen Drive, Phase 2 project located at 491 High Aspen Drive in Gar-
field County, Colorado. The scope of our services included excavation observation and density
testing services. At the time of this letter, we have completed Observation and Density Testing
of Soils (Phase 345) for the project:
Observation and Density Testing of Soils (Phase 345): CTLIT performed Observation
and Density Testing of Soils for the building foundation between June 25, 2022 and July 31,
2023. During this period, CTLIT made 12 site visits and performed 32 moisture/density tests,
provided 11 density test reports and 1 visual observation report. Our observations and test re-
sults indicate that the structural fill placed for the building foundation is in general conformance
with the project plans and specifications.
No outstanding discrepancies are noted for the subject construction observation and ma-
terials testing phases for the 491 High Aspen Drive, Phase 2 project. Please contact us if you
