Regarding the roof height of the partially constructed (framed and plywood sided) residence at
Lot 31 of the Amended Planned Community Plat for High Valley Ranch, dated January 1st, 2001,
recorded in the Garfield County Clerk and Recorder's office at reception no. 590277, being
situated in Section 31, Township 6 South, Range 87 West of the 6th Principal Meridian, and Section
36, Township 6 South, Range 87 West of the 5th Principal Meridian, County of Garfield, State of
Colorado, and having a street address of 49t High Aspen Drive, Glenwood Springs, Colorado, High
Country Engineering, lnc. surveyed the structure on Friday, March 24th,2023 and found the
following:
L. The average natural grade plane of the lot was found tobe767O.4L'.
2. The mid-point of roof at plywood sheathing elevation was found to be 7690.34'.
3. The height of the mid-point of the roof stands L9.9t' above the average natural grade
plane of the lot.
The above-referenced data was collected utilizing a Trimble 56 reflectorless total station having a
calibration certificate current through April 22nd,2023'
