Dear Mr. Walpole,
Starting on July 25th, through July 26th a continual, visual inspection was conducted on site at 360 Rivers Bend,
Carbondale, CO 81623 for the following beam connections listed below.
CJP (x2)- 1B9 to 1C5/1C12
1B9 to 1C5
Beam Buckets (x5)- 2B8, 2B14 ,2B7 ,2B15, 1B17
Base plates- 1C23, 1C15, 1C20, 1C14, 1C1, 1C22, 1C2, 1C15, 1C3
Base plate Shims- 1C5, 1C12
Field weld columns- 2C4/1C22, 1C15/2C5 ,2C71/C15
* 2/13/2024- Continual, visual inspection on five ½” plates (8”x16”) evenly spaced on W10x30 (2B5) with ¼” fillet
welds. Located between 2B1/2B13 and 2B8/2B14 W beam truss assemblies shown between gridline G and D.
An inspection was conducted in accordance with AWS D1.1 Structural Steel 2015, Clause 6, and IBC 2021 Chapter
17 and the approved shop drawings # 407 E1, E2, E3 and E4. All structural welding done complies with and is
considered acceptable, per the required codes mentioned above.

Adding five 1/2" plates (8"x16") to W10x30 (2B5) that spans between 2B1/2B13 and 2B8/2B14 W beam truss assemblies.
