At the time of our site visit, the contractor had installed the new sewer line and cleanout adjacent to the residence, the new poly 1,250-gallon two compartment septic tank, effluent line and the six gravelless chamber trenches. The septic tank was set level with access provided at grade and an effluent filter in the outlet tee of the tank. The trenches appeared to be level and consisted of 18 ARC 36 chambers per trench (108 total chambers, 1,620 ft2 total STA). Additionally, inspection ports were present at the middle and distal end of each trench. We received an as-built drawing of the constructed system and a letter certifying that the system was constructed in general compliance with the permitted design from the OWTS designer dated April 18, 2024. In our opinion, this system was installed in general conformance with Garfield County OWTS Regulations. No further action or review from Garfield County Environmental Health is required regarding this permit. Thank you, Edward R. “Ted” White, P.E.
