Ort b The residence is an existing duplex, with (3) bedrooms upstairs and (2) bedrooms downstairs. 7 1.The proposed work is limited to the lower level, which is Unit 2. The lower level has two bedrooms, one of W6ich has two methods of egress. The second bedroom has one, thus the request to install a second egress to make it code compliant. The planned alterations in this bedroom are a second egress and installation of a closet. 2a. The lower unit is labeled Unit 2, and upper is Unit 1, as reflected on the mailboxes. 2b. Both Units are currently used for meeting spaces and temporary living quarters for visiting clergy and Archdiocese personnel. Unit 1 is to remain this usage; Unit 2 is to become permanent living quarters for two new teachers who will arrive in early July. 3a. Yes, as noted in 2b. 3b.
