I hereby certify that I have read this Application and that the information contained above i: true and correct. I
understand that the Building Division accepts the Application, along with the plans and speeiflcatlons and other data
submltted by me or on my behalf (submittals), based upon my certification as to accuracy. Assuming completen€ss
of the submittals and apprwal of this Application. a Building Permit will be issued granting permission to me, as
Owner, to construct the structure(r) and fadllties detailed on the submittals reviet red by the Buildlng Divfsion. ln
conslderation of the issuanc€ of the Building Petmit, I agree that I and my agents will comply wlth provislons of any
federal, stetg or local law regulating tlre work and the Garfteld County Buildlng Code, OWTS regulations and
applicable land use regulatlons (County Regulatlon{s)}. All County development requiring a permit, ercept for
residential uses, ar€ subject to Article 7 of the Land Use and Development Code. I acknowledge that the Buildlng
Permit may be suspended or revoked, upon notice from the County, if the location, consfiuction or use of the
structure{s} and facillty(ies}, described above, are not in compliance with County Regulation(s} or any other
applicable law.
I hereby grant permission to the Building Division to enter the property, described above, to lnsp€ct the work. I
further acknswledge that the lssuance of the Building Permit does not prevent the Building Official from: (1) reguiring
the correction of enors in the submifrals, lf any, discovered after issuance; or {2) stopping construction cr use of the
structure(sl or facility(lesl if such is in violation of County Rcgulation(s) or any other applicable law. Review of thls
Application, including submittals, and inspections of the work by the Bullding Dlvlsion do not constitute an
acceptanc€ of responslbility or llabillty by the Counry of errors, omissions, or discrepancies. As the Owner, I
acknowledge that responsiblllty for compliance wlth federal, state and local laws and County Regulations rest with
me and my authorized agents, including without limitation my architect derigner, engineer and/ or builder.
