Thank you for your email dated April 18, 2024, which provided the County’s completeness review
comments for the above-referenced application. We have addressed the completeness items per the
attached exhibits.
County Comment 1: Ann Halliday needs to sign the application. A supplemental signature page can be
provided.

County Comment 2: The Mineral Research Form (see attached) needs to be completed and submitted.

County Comment 3: Recorded Ownership Deeds have been downloaded and we have included them

County Comment 4: Edits to the plat to including references to the exemption resolution and recorded
documents for the court stipulation will be needed.
