Variance Application Narrative Addendum
The variance narrative submitted May 19th, 2024, will be considered Part A of the narrative and asks
for a side yard setback variance for the pole barn located in the northeast corner of the property to
cure an unintended violation created by a BLA affidavit in 2015. It will now also include a variance
request for a front yard setback for the pole barn as well.
Part B of the narrative submitted June 17th, 2024, deals with setback variances for various
structures on the property including a front yard setback variance for a lean-to on the northeast
portion of the property and a rear yard setback variance for a lean-to on the southwest portion of
the property. Further details of the individual requests are included in the respective narratives.
