The manual, J8 Load Catc report for 1000 Btack Bear dated June 6, 2024 currentty
lists a minus 5 degree F winter design temperature. As the site is over 8,000 ft
etevation, I betieve the 2018 IEGC and 2015 IRC and toca[ Garfietd County
Buitding Resotution, witl require a minimum minus 16 degree F winter design

temperature for heated conditioned buil,ding structure. Ptease suppty a
