Architectural Comments:
L Attached are the stamped architectural drawings.
2. The scale has been corrected on these architectural drawings.
3. Attached is the ComCheck report.
4. The insulation requirements have been updated to the IBC 201 8 commercial requirements,
per Arch sheet A0-1.
5. The insulation will be installed per the Metal Bldg manufacturer's recommendations. Arch
.{3-1, building sections and detail have been updated to match. Attached are the Silvercote Wall
and Roof insulation guidelines as recommended by the Metal Building manufacturer.
6. Attached is the Septic system design.
7. All five window wells will have metal mesh bar screen over the top.
8. For ANSI compliance one counter will be dropped to 34" height for 36" wide at one end of
the sales transaction location.
9. Electrical has changed the basement recessed can fixtures to surface mounted.
10. Structural has updated their plans on sheet 53.1 to clarify the design loads
I 1. No storage will be used in the crawl space. It is a mechanical work space.
